Dr. Thomas Sunjin Jung, MD

Called multiple times to get test results and finally got a call back 6 days after results received, and even then Dr. would not state any facts only that he needed old test results to compare so we still have no information. They turn off phones well before the stated times both for lunch and closing. Called today at least ten times, rang and rang, only got voicemail no person. Very frustrating. Is my father's care not important?

called 5 times when i was in great pain, had to finally go to my primary doctor, because for some reason no one there answers the phone. always get the person name and leave a message. NO ONE calls you back. very poor staff.

I have sent several friends to Dr Jung because of the quality care I and my family receive from him. He has an amazing memory from visit to visit and even came to visit me when I was in the hospital for a condition related to but not directly being cared for by him.

I found Dr. Jung to be someone who listens well and provides information in a manner which is clear and in terms the average patient can understand. He had to give me some very bad news. His compassionate approach helped greatly. He does not rush , yet gets to the point of the visit and decisions about treatment. I have every confidence in this truly good human being.

He told me my symptoms.. rushed me out the room..anxious to order endoscopy without trying any alternatives and asked weird guestions.... I would not recommend him or return to his office...... These post are very misleading!!!!!!!

Dr. Jung is exceptional in his medical acument, his professional manner, and his ability to put his patients at ease. My condition is complicated and serious, he has helped me more than any other doctor I have ever seen. I would recommend him highly to anyone with GI issues. His staff is also courteous (but their office is too small!)

dr jung is one of the nicest doctors i've ever encountered. he is very caring, kind, and patient. he answers all questions thoroughly. i highly recommend this doctor.

I can't say enough about what a wonderful doctor and human being Dr. Jung is! He gives you as much time as you need...answers all your questions...and very reassuring. Love this doctor!

I've been to numerous gastroenterologists and Dr Jung, by far, is the most caring, courteous and professional. He spends as much time with you as you need, is very thorough in his explanations as well as his care. He treats you as if you were family. An absolutely wonderful doctor.

We saw Dr. Jung in the emergency room at Midstate Medical Center. He spent an extraordinary amount of time explaining the situation to us. A family member with me said she had never been so immediately impressed by how well a doctor treated the entire family, and the length of time he spent going over the medical history. You would have thought we were the only people in the emergency room. Dr. Jung treated my husband upon admission and was instrumental in saving his life - - literally - - saved his life. He was compassionate, caring, professional, and obviously, competent.We owe him dearly. We were thoroughly impressed with the staff and MMC facility, and Dr. Jung in particular.I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Jung.
