Horrible experience and the doctors do not care to make a happy customer. They will turn you into collections though. My insurance paid out over 1000 and I had to pay $47 for a prescription that was never valid. I spent months trying to work with them but they do not return calls, letters, or emails. I would suggest not using South Carolina Sleep Medicine. Please go read the Google reviews if you need more convincing. #oneshadypractice

I sent Dr. Kaelin's office a medical form for completion for my elderly father. The form was clear. It was very important and critical the form be completed in its entirety. The form was not only returned incomplete, what little was filled out wasn't a true presentation of my dad, but it wasn't even signed! How unprofessional and uncaring. The recipient of the form stated in her 20+ years of experience, this was the poorest report she had ever received from a physician's office. She stated she wouldn't/couldn't even submit the form in the condition it was submitted in -- it caused more harm than good. It's obvious Dr. Kaelin did not have my dad's best interest for care in mind and is unconcerned about his patients and their well-being. I'm very concerned about the level of competency and care Dr. Kaelin is providing to my dad. I will be seeking another physician to transfer my dad to. I gave 1 star, but it really should be 1/2 of 1 star!
