Dr. Kaminsky was supposed to notify the dr. who was assigned to do my husband's endoscopy, to see about using botox (that appt. was Dec. 31) - the endoscopy was scheduled for Jan. 22 - so there was plenty of time to notify the dr. about the botox. The day before the surgery we got a call telling us that the surgery has to be rescheduled because MD can't do the botox.
