This is the best doctor ever. Did an amazing job of my mohs surgery and you cannot even tell he operated on that part of my face. Not only is he nice, he is truly the most competent doc I've ever been to that actually connects to his patients and cares about the outcome.

I received care from Dr. Knackstedt after a finding of melanoma on my neck and 3 other pre-cancerous spots, 2 of which were on my face. Although this was a scary situation, Dr. Kackstedt was immediately reassuring and knowledgeable. He handled my large, complicated neck surgery and follow-up care with impressive expertise. And the 2 other small surgeries on my face were masterfully stitched to heal almost invisibly. Throughout all the procedures, Dr. Knackstedt was a comforting, capable presence, with a welcome sense of humor. I would not hesitate to recommend this fine surgeon and kind man.

I don't recommend having to have Mohs surgery, but if you do, I highly recommend Dr. Knackstedt! I can't say enough nice things about him. My procedure was on my face but he did such an outstanding job that no one really notices it. He is not only very professional but very funny. I don't want to have another procedure done, but if I do, I know that I am in great hands!!

I have been a patient of Dr. K for more than 5 years. He has seen me through melanoma and several squamous cell and basal cell CA. He is a fantastic surgeon, extremely talented in reconstruction surgery and MOHS surgery. In addition he is kind, compassionate , and a great communicator. Can't recommend too highly!
