Dr. Thomas Knutson was very polite and respectful to me and willing to help me understand what was going on and what the pros and cons is. I felt like he really cared about my situation.

He was a very caring doctor, he told me what he thought to be in my best interest. I really think he's gonna get me back to good health. Thank you for caring for me

The provider had a great bedside manner. He was efficient and thorough. He took his time and discussed multiple interventions that could be done for my particular complaint. He answered any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend him to another patient.

I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Knutson to anyone! His bedside manner’s were very poor, and he kept cutting me off when I was talking, and was very short with me in reference to scheduling my total knee replacement that my former Dr. recommended before he retired! He didn’t take the time to even evaluate my knee or review my previous record’s; he scheduled me for therapy for bursitis in my hip, and that was it, but I won’t be going back, I now have an appt at St.Francis! I told him over and over previous treatment for my knee didn’t work, and the cartilage was gone, and he just kept shrugging his shoulder’s!

I would give him six stars, if I could. He has performed two hip replacements on me and I am scheduling a knee replacement currently. I feel fortunate to have this excellent and compassionate orthopedic surgeon available to me.

My husband went to Dr. Knutson when he had an auto accident several years ago. Had several surgeries and was very, very happy with entire experience. Both of our sons have been to Dr. Knutson and the experience was very good. I have been to Dr. Knutson and he was "right on" with diagnosis and healing plan. My mother is going to him today for the second time and she is very satisfied with him.

Waited 40 minutes to be seen. Nurse took me back without speaking to me, sat at computer in the room with back to me and started asking questions not offering me a seat. I did not know what to do so i stood there. She finally turned around and noticed i eas standing and said i could sit down. Lady taking my money was rude. Said I will be with you in a minute without looking up and left me standing there until she was good and ready which seemed like forever. Place is a factory with rude people.
