Dr. Thomas Frank Krajewski

Dangerous to patients all over the country due to his position on insurance panels. Board of medicine in Maryland will not act on ethics complaints even though he puts patients at risk all over the country.

So many times Dr. K. has been incredibly helpful with the effects of providing a much higher quality of life. His lengthy experience and great skill and knowledge have produced marvelous effects. There is no psychiatrist more highly qualified.

I am reporting this terrible practitioner to anyone who will listen. Private insurance medical directors, Maryland and NJ medical boards/ethics boards, and his employers. He is TERRIBLE and does *likely* illegal bad-faith peer reviews. He should not have a license to practice medicine and is dangerous to the community.

By the numbers insurance reviewer who doesn't care about the patient's individual situation and comes up with more and more excuses to deny necessary care so he can keep his cut.

This man is clearly not an informed or educated practitioner nor an individual fit to conduct any level of mental health care as he cannot identify basic safety risks such as active Suicidal Ideation or passive Homicidal Ideation. He believes a patient that spends most of their time alone would be safe on an outpatient level. That's like saying a man with a loaded gun is safe to be in a crowded mall of people. He is not qualified to hold a license as a high school student would be able to make safety calls he is clearly unable or unwilling to make.

Dr Krajewski works for BCBS of Illinois as a reviewer. He would allow coverage of ECT for an elderly woman in the middle of her treatment because she is not suicidal or homicidal anymore. Which goes to prove ECT is working after 2 lengthy inptient stays elsewhere. Any qualified psychiatrist knows that you do not stop ECT in the middle of a course. It is like leaving an abdomen halfway open in surgery.
