Dr. Thomas R Kreamer, MD

The very first thing he asked me was “Why did you think you needed to come to an emergency facility??” I let him know that I DIDN’T want to go there but the nurse could not find ANY open appointments anywhere else so she suggested I take an appointment at the emergency location on College Blvd. He was rude and condescending with everything he said to me. He was pompous and had a horrible bedside manner. I would never choose to see him again. He shouldn’t be able to work at Advent Health with that kind of attitude.

He had a very cold affect, was aggressive and confrontational. I was disgusted and shocked by his lack of concern for what was a very obviously a very sick person reminded me why people are afraid to go to the hospital.

Dr. Kreamer although he may have had the best intentions had horrible bed side manners to be dealing with sick children and their families. He had the nerve to say "I'm looking out for the best interest of your child" when he was corrected and told his job is to provide the best quality of care for my child and my job as mom was to provide the best interest of my child he became defensive. He escalated and made a very anxious experience even worse. If you are an adult he may be okay to see but for children he is not suited for.
