Dr. Kropp has performed two separate Dacryocystorhinostomy (DCR) surgeries on both my eyes. I always suffered from dry eyes and made the mistake of having my lower tear ducts cauterized by another Ophthalmologist who did not warn me about the possibility of developing stenosis of the nasolacrimal ducts as I aged. Within 8 years I developed tearing in one eye, then a couple of years down the road the other eye. I went to several Ophthalmologists who could not help me when the first eye began tearing. Then I heard about the amazing Dr. Kropp. He performed the external DCRs on my eye perfectly with no complications. A couple of years later, he fixed the other eye. He is so gifted. This is a seriously complicated surgery. No scarring either. There were lots of follow-up appts after the surgery, too.
