Dr. Thomas Paul Kunkle, DO

Doctor Kunkle is by far a very easy and pleasant doctor to deal with in most cases and has helped me tremendously, however his staff is something else to talk about. Carol is the most unpleasant person you could deal with. Real cocky and thinks she runs the practice and speaks as for the doctor however what she says is never true and doctor Kunkle has put her in her place multiple occasions. She will tell you the doctor WILL NOT DO THIS AND WILL NOT DO THAT but when you speak with him he does what SHE SAYS HE DOESN'T. Stephanie is the office manager and depends on the day you catch her. Mostly pleasant to deal with but can be very outspoken in a ignorant way at times. She for the most part does make sure things get done. Jenn on the other hand is by far the best person you can talk to and deal with out of all the staff there. She is very pleasant and polite. I honestly feel she should be office manager and to completely fire Carol which isn't good at her job at all. Carol has scheduled… appointments for myself and when time has come to show up for those appointments 5 different times so far was told I was not scheduled for that day. It got to the point I have to keep the computer printouts to prove I have appointments on these days if told not a appointment just to prove I was scheduled for that day than because of screw up I have to wait at times up to 3 hours to be seen and fit in because someone else was put into my appointment slot. So be forewarned about the staff and if can always deal with Jen.

This office has come a long way in the past year!!! Staff is over accommodating as long request is reasonable.

Office has been cleaned up and has completely new staff! Office staff is very nice, goes out of their way and very helpful. Can't make everyone happy especially those who yell and scream at the girls who work there because they won't give them pain pills early (this actually happened while I was there). Wait time is shorter than before and the doctor takes his time with me. New computers have made my care so much better because everything at their fingertips. Highly recommend this office!

I have read the reviews and have had not any of those problems when dealing with the Dr. or office staff. Got my Rx's and referral to orth, no problem what so ever. Office staff was very nice and answered my questions and rescheduled me for my next appointment. I would recommend this office to anyone. They treat you like family, not a number....

I was turned away by the receptionist today it was rediculous I was so embarrassed I have insurance she wasn't even interested in my card she just said the dr won't see me if I don't have 60 dollars. Ppl shouldn't treat others like this. idk enough complaining I'm off to find a new doctor.

I found my visit with Dr. Kunkle very good and I needed blood work done and a few referrals, as this was my first visit. The office staff was very helpful and very nice. No problems at all. I read the reviews before going and had none of those problems. Very nice office

I was very disappointed by his office help they were very disrespectful to myself and the doctor. He would tell me something and his own help would say That is not the problem. It is sad to say but his office is a joke. The doctor was ok but bed side manner was none. He is controlled by the staff. I believe her name is Carla. I was a patient there for 10 years. One day I decided that enough was enough. I wanted to go to a practice where I felt they actually cared about what happens. Plus I couldn't deal with his staff any longer. He should retire before his name and business goes to crap because of his help.

doctor is very nice but help is horrible!! if you can get passed Karla your in good shape!
