Dr. Thomas Kevin Labruzzo, DO

He is a great doctor but I find his nurse to be very difficult. She is rude and has no empathy either for your problem or your problem in scheduling. She does not communicate messages to the Doctor well. I hate to lose this doctor but I am thinking of going to another practice because of his nurse.

Labruzzo is a great doctor. But he no longer has any appointments available without waiting a week at a minimum, and if you have not been to see him in the last 6 months, you get to wait 2-3 weeks!! it is VERY frustrating to no longer be able to see your own doctor. And his nurse is HORRIBLE. And some of the office staff are very rude and unfriendly.

Dr Labrusso is terrific. But his nurse, or at least the one he had as of a year ago is the worst nurse I have ever had. Horrible ever time I went in. It used to be easy to get an appointment. But I just called now and he does not have one available for over three weeks. I am finding a new dr.

He does spend time and cares about his patients, 80% time has med student with him. Was not happy with his nurse & her lack of returning a call to myself and my mom's assisted living facility. Back office operations at his office have caused us to change him as our primary care after 15+ years. Sorry, hope it improves.

He is a very special person. He is kind, never trying to rush you. Willing to hear all you have to say about yourself or condition. Was recommended by a very highly thought of specialist. I would, and have recommended him to others. I truly appreciate all that he brings to the patient/doctor relationship...no matter how young or old you are.

Dr Labruzzo is an excellent doctor, but his nurse is has a sour attitude and is not cooperative if she has to set up appointments with specialist or has to send test results to a specialist that the doctor has recommended. She was suppose to set an appointment for me with an endocrinologist and send all my information and test results to them. They still do not have a lot of the test results, even though the test were done 6 weeks ago. Once she was so rude to me when she was taking my blood pressure and information that I complained to the doctor. When I had to come back for a nurses appointment for blood pressure check she made me wait an hour in the waiting room - even though I was her first appointment. She also does not like to return calls from the pharmacist when there is a question about my prescription and need a refill. These are just a few of the problems that I have had with his nurse and it has me to the point that I am ready to find another doctor even though I think… Dr Labruzzo is the best and have been going to him since he first went into practice about 22 years ago.

Dr. Labruzzo has a great bedside manner, was very thorough, answered my questions, and spent plenty of time with me. The nurse was not so good. They did an ekg and she did not even give me a gown , just made me sit there naked. It was very uncomfortable and embarrassing. Luckily I did not see her much otherwise. She also needed to get my bloodwork from another doctor and instead of having me sign a release, she made me call them.

Dr. Labruzzo is my PCP. You will not find a dr. with a more caring bedside manner!
