after waiting for 2 hours they put me with a physician's assistant. I was supposed to get a colonoscopy appointment and that was 3 months ago.

After waiting for over an hour, they asked me if I wanted to see a physician's assistant. They said if I wanted to see the doctor I would have to wait longer. When I went in the PA had the wrong patient file. This was my first and last visit. I never even got a chance to see the doctor. People that came after me went before me.

The office staff is very disorganized. They had to cancel my first appointment and re-schedule for a Saturday. No problem except the office they sent me to is CLOSED on Saturdays so had to drive 15 miles to their Saturday office. Waited for 2+ hrs! Dr. Lam himself was patient and a good listener. Scheduled my surgery. 3 days before my scheduled surgery, the office calls to say the doctor won't be there. (I had to make repeated phone calls because the girl who called me was out and no one else there knew why she was calling.) Great. I've taken two days off of work for this (unpaid) and now the doctor is a no-show. I was obviously less than thrilled.
