Dr. Thomas Dinghua Lei, MD

If I could rate this zero stars, I would. Dr.Thomas Lei is amazing, great doctor and very helpful with his patients. However, his secretaries are horrible and rude. This is for the office located at 200 Jose Figueres ave., Ste# 230, CA. 95116. Any call to set up appointments and even the office visits have been difficult with them. One speaks very little English, and I have no problem with that but she always leaves me on hold or just hangs up when she is unable to answer my question. The other one is just plain rude, gives off so much attitude and does not help you with anything. Today when I was trying to explain why I was calling the office she replied with “well what do you want me to do about it”. Definitely changing doctors, not because of Dr.Thomas Lei but because of his rude secretaries that make it impossible to even set up a simple appointment with him.

I called the doctor office in San Jose (200 Jose Figueres ave., Ste# 230, CA. 95116), the office manager said that they just receive cast payment only (?) She said the doctor office does not have credit card receiver machine (?)
