Dr. Thomas B. Lintner, MD

I had fat transfer surgery with Dr. Lintner February 2026 to address volume loss under my eyes and in my hands. The procedure was painful and had poor results. He lacked empathy and didn't provide the service I requested. He focused on the temples and cheeks which caused the hollowness under my eyes to get worse. He did not inject above the knuckles as discussed, so the hands are unbalanced. In a follow up meeting I was crying and he told me to stop as that would affect his pictures. At this point, I have permanent dark discoloration beneath my eyes, prominent veins that were not previously visible, asymmetry, and worsening of the hollow appearance I paid to have corrected. In building up the cheeks, which was not the service I requested, this made the hollows even more sunken than before. The entire tear trough area has a dark grey line from the nose to the outer eye. The fat transfer to my hands did not take, making that ineffective as well. Do not recommend, check his reviews.

This is my second time working with Dr. Lintner and his team, and it was the easiest and best decision I ever made! The entire staff is so accommodating, professional, knowledgeable, and with you every step of the way, start to finish. His work is incredible. He teaches you about how the process is performed, guides you to choosing the best and most beautiful outcome to achieve the perfect results. I am a patient for life! Could not recommend working with Lintner and his outstanding team more. His work is natural, subtle, and enhances your OWN beauty carefully and with precision. Dr. Lintner is an incredibly gifted surgeon and a wonderful person. I would never consider having cosmetic (and reconstructive) surgery with anyone else. Besides the fact that his surgical skills are unequaled, he has an uncanny ability to put his patients at ease and to work with them to achieve the most natural outcome imaginable. My first surgery with Dr. Lintner was in 2007 and I am still reaping the benefits from the procedures he performed nearly 15 years later. Since I had an amazing experience with Dr. Lintner and his team, I knew that he would be the only one I would return to when I became ready for a facelift and upper blepharoplasty surgery. As someone with many medical comorbidities who is also a registered nurse with a background in risk management, I knew that to feel safe I needed Dr. Lintner's unique skills, not just as a plastic surgeon but also as one of the most knowledgeable and ethical physicians I have encountered. I am coming up to a year from my last facial and… eyelid procedures that he performed and I could not be happier with the results!

Dr. Litiner with the care of his clinical, surgical and office staff are absolutely AWESOME. Each person is loving, caring, extremely empathic and very supportive to your concerns and needs.

Talks me into procedure that I did not want and botched the outcome. Forgetful, unskilled, careless, greedy, lied, mismeasured, defensively rude wife that was never in consult. In fact no one was in consultations but Lintner, probably for a reason. Unfixable outcome because of aggressive removal of skin. He shows No remorse. Desk clerk is rude, cold. Nurses are distant and seemingly judgmental. All around horrible experience that I wish I could undo.

I have been seeing Dr. Lintner for 13 years now. He replaced implants that had gone past their lifespan...Beautiful work. I have had him remove pre-cancerous moles on my face and you cannot even see the trace of a scar. He has given me Botox on many occasions and I am always pleased with the results. This doctor spends time with his patients and takes the time to answer all questions. He takes the time to explain what your true expectations should be. He talked me out of Liposuction as he felt I did not need it. Now what doctor does that? An honest one. I highly recommend him.

I was on fence to do breast augmentation for a year or so now. I finally decided to move forward with Dr Litner and am so happy with results, procedure and staff. I love that Dr Litner is readily available anytime via phone and procedure performed in hospital. I had an amazing recovery with size I asked for, never once pressured to go to a size I didn't want (I went with smaller implants). Very very happy with entire experience and would readily refer Dr Linter to anyone Staff is super friendly, responsive and helpful :)
