Very rude, treated my daughter like crap. He did very poor work, a year or so later, we are now going to a different dentist due to pain she has been in, all the work that he has done now has to be redone and is costing lots of money. I would not go here , he will wreck your teeth as well!

Very rude, no follow up care, broke all my teeth off and wouldn't remove the roots. It's been a year and ten months and I'm still not healed, very long time to be in pain and agony, don't let him touch you. Go to Partnership Dental in Oshkosh.

Staff/Receptionist was very un-professional and rude. Was lied to, hung up on and told I was inconviencing her. I had a tooth with infection and Dr.Machak actually brokw my tooth more and after they took upon themselves to reschedule my appointment and not tell me til I drove from out of town there then decided after being reasonably upset that they would not see me anymore. I have heard nothing but bad reviews from others as well. Just please proceed with them with caution not a professional place of business.

Bad attitude. Doesn't care about his patients. Doesn't spend enough time on patients. Bad staff attitude.
