Dr. Madaj has been my primary care doctor for over twenty years. I can say he has always treated me with respect and professionally. Always taking time with me and listening to my every word. One on the most thorough doctors I've seen. I put my heath in his hands and would highly recommend Dr. Madaj to my family and friends.

Dr Tom is the most professional Primary Care Dr. I have ever seen! His diagnosis is always spot on and he deeply cares about his patients! He has been my PCP for 16 years and I would never think about going to another PCP! As a U.S. Retired Special Forces Medic I have never met a more caring MD than Dr. Tom!

My experience with Dr. Thomas Madaj has, from the first time I met him almost nine years ago, been exceptional. For these past nine years I have received the very best of care! I attribute my excellent care to Dr. Madaj's expertise, his knowledge and his, I felt, sincere care for his patients. As I leave the state and move on to New Mexico; I feel truly blessed to have been cared for these past years by Dr. Madaj and the professionals at Utica Park Clinic!

Always very thorough and never have to wait more than 5-10 minutes. He’s the best Internal Medicine Dr I’ve ever had and both his nurses are punctual

Does not give accurate diagnosis. Does not get adequate patient history to make proper diagnosis. Lack of such caused the death of my husband. It is my hope that this doctor does not cause the amount of grief he has caused my family to any other family. His lack of concern made me a widow and my children fatherless.
