Dr. Tom McConnell at Central Ohio Primary Care has been my doctor since 1992. I have relied on him as my primary care physician through open heart surgery, 3 joint replacements and a bout with cancer. He was also a very compassionate ear following the loss of my husband. I would highly recommend him and the wonderful staff at Central Ohio Primary Care.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. McConnell since the early 80’s. He is always available and has kept us healthy. His staff is friendly and makes you feel welcome. So as long as he is working he will be our family doctor.

He's a nice person (unusual in doctors), but I think he's in it for the money. If you develop a problem requiring a hospital visit you're not going to be seeing him again until you're out of the hospital. He simply does nothing more in there than his profession requires. Dx most ailments well, but I still have a problem he worked on, and sent me to others doctors as well, that persists to this day. He no longer accepts new patients so my opinion matters not, but for most illnesses he's a pleasant person to see when you go to the doctors office. No waiting either. A good guy, but by no means excellent.
