Dr. Bengelsdorf and his staff are professional, courteous and caring. Dr. B. does not push procedures/products, but rather lets his patients ask questions and express their desired outcome and helps in that way. The professionalism is superb and the procedures I have had have been wonderful. I appreciate the time Dr. B. takes with his patients, and he consistently asks what questions the patient has, so there will be no doubts or unanswered questions the patient may have. The staff is a reflection of Dr. B's commitment to excellence and I highly recommend this office.

I'm 9 months post-op from my tummy tuck with Dr. McFadden, and I couldn’t be happier, the results are amazing, and I finally have the flat stomach I hoped for! From start to finish, Dr. McFadden and his team were professional, caring, and always attentive. They made me feel heard, informed, and supported every step of the way, especially post-op. After having many cosmetic procedures over the years, I can confidently say Dr. McFadden is the best I’ve worked with. His skill, attention to detail, and bedside manner are unmatched. In 2005 I made the mistake of allowing Thomas McFadden to perform a simple abdominal liposuction which after a year of looking like I had lumps all over my abdomin and he realizing I wasn’t going away until he fixed what he messed up he did do a abdominalplasty but made the situation so uncomfortable and made it seem like I was just being picky .well no one wants lumps all over their abdomen ! He did come through with my persistent visits ! Made the mistake 20 years later of letting him do a mini facelift , I had to have 4 revisions all of those entailed being out of work , going through the pain that each left , when I returned on the last post op visit after the 4th revision. , his words to me was I still do not like the results , so once again he scheduled me for another revision but this time I would be getting charged a 1000 bucks this time. I began to loose confidence and was tired of the painful recovery each entailed , I scheduled an appointment to see another plastic… surgeon so I could get a second opinion as this was concerning the amount of surgeries I was going through , the second opinion doctor was nice enough to make some notes as to another method (he would have done) with the situation I was having , I gave this to Dr McFadden because I wanted this last revision to be the last , as I knew what he was doing obviously was not working , the revision was scheduled , on the same month we received the date of when my final hearing would be which fell the same week as my revision was scheduled , as soon as I got this final hearing date I immediately notified the surgery scheduler and explained the situation. And the need to reschedule , a few weeks after my court hearing I called Dr McFadden office to reschedule , they kept passing me off , I continued to call to reschedule as no one would return my call , the last conversation was with the surgery scheduler which she told me he was not going to reschedule me because I cancelled . They will not return my calls , they just dismissed me as a patient ! Now understand the words came out of his own mouth “I still do not like the way this looked “ his words !!!!!! In other words he gladly took my money of 12 plus thousand dollars and it looks like I’ve never had a mini facelift , be careful with this man . He was unprofessional , the entire office was unprofessional , my care was in his hands and he dismissed me from his service because I cancelled for a judge appointed court hearing ! I followed the correct steps of cancelling with his office and it was the ONLY time I had cancelled ! Beware Beware Beware !!!!!!

I entered their recent "Ugly Eyebrows" contest, and although I won based on the requirements outlined, it took a week of calling and emailing to finally get a response from Kaitlin. The response was they went with another contestant due to their right based on medical situations and/or ethical contest adherence. I have this call recorded, and she never gives me a direct answer as to why they disqualified me. My belief is I don't fit their "image". The winner that was chosen is much more in line with the young, shiny Millennials that work there. I just wish they'd been honest about the contest being rigged before I shared a picture of myself to thousands of people without anything in return. I shared that pic to Facebook groups I'm a member of, friends' fan pages on Instagram and Facebook, and now I have nothing to show for it but the knowledge that I was scammed into signing a photo release without the intel that the contest would end up being chosen by Dr. McFadden (per Kaitlin)… based on other criteria. Very disappointing experience... I am happy to go pay for the microblading elsewhere, I just hope for an apology for being misled.

Ashley did coolsculpting on my arms. She is such a sweetheart and goes out of her way to make you comfortable. She addresses any and every concern. I also want to put in a good review for Jo. I had a rash in-between my breasts. I showed it to Ashley. She immediately got Jo to look at it. Jo advised a cream. The cream was ineffective so I called the office. She called in a prescription and that was amazing. Worked right off. I so appreciate their help. I would have had to suffer with the horrible itching until I was able to get into my regular doctor. So by both of these nice ladies going over and above their normal duties and taking the extra time and care for me I was able to be healed so quickly. I just wanted to make sure they are recognized for their efforts! Also the cool sculpting was pain free and so far in 6 weeks I've already lost a half inch on each arm. Yay!

Five stars! This was my first experience with Holland, Nurse Practitioner, with Advanced Cosmetic Surgery, Greenville, SC. Holland took her time to get to know me and discuss what results I wanted to achieve. She offered her suggestions on how to reach my goal and I was pleased with both her advice and her expertise. This was my first time getting Radiesse and Voluma, but Holland made me feel so comfortable, and was gentle! She numbed me first so the procedure was as comfortable as possible, and never tried to upsell or talk me into a treatment that would not be appropriate for my skin and overall objectives. Holland was fun to talk with and treated me like family, making me feel valued and welcome. This was my first trip at Advanced Cosmetic Surgery, and certainly won't be my last!

Dr Mcfadden botched my lips up...the implant was not even IN my lips...it protruded above and to one side. Same with bottom....HE REFUSED TO FIX SAYING IT WAS SUPPOSE TO LOOK LIKE THAT. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. BEWARE!!!!!

Dr. McFadden and team are the best. They explain everything in detail and I value their opinion on my options. I always feel they have my best interest at heart and give me honest evaluation and advice. I would not ever consider going anywhere else. There is a reason he was voted the best. If you are in doubt do not hesitate.
