Thomas C Mcgee, MD

I was referred to Dr. McGee by my primary care physician after a positive ANA Direct and RNP Antibodies blood test. I have a long history of fatigue, cold sensitivity, costochondritis, painful nerve entrapments in neck, wrist, ankle, swollen fingers/painful stiff joints & dry eyes. I drove 2 hours and arrived 30 minutes early but was not allowed to finish the new patient paperwork. Although he's polite, I left Dr. McGee‘s office feeling my concerns and documented medical history were dismissed rather than evaluated. He seemed skeptical from the beginning of why I should have been referred to him at all. He did not order any lab work, did not offer suggestions for symptom management, and did not recommend any treatment options. At the conclusion of the visit, I was told my records would be reviewed, and "it sounded neurological." It’s been four weeks since my visit, and I've yet to hear any feedback from Dr. McGee. I understand my issues are a complex mixture and may not have appeared… inflammatory at my visit (b/c I had been on celecoxib for several months), but at the very least, I would have appreciated a discussion of possible causes, some guidance about what to do next, or a referral.

Dr. McGee is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He takes time to explain and to listen. I have been going to him for 7 years now and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. After a year of pure pain and ten doctors I found him and I have not had any pain since he helped me. He is probably the nicest doctor I have ever been to.

Dr. McGhee is the most kind and passionate doctor there is. I have been using Dr. McGhee for over 20 years. My father used him for many years before he passed. Dr. McGhee will listen to you and take the time to explain things to you. T. V. Cost

I’ve never seen a more compassionate Dr. He goes above and beyond his calling. Always there when we needed him in the past. He did everything he could possibly do to save my husband.

I found another dentist who would not charge the consult fee to perform a very expensive gum graft surgery that I was prepared to pay thousands for.. they actually called me back to check my insurance. I told them I had none and had to pay out of pocket for the surgery.. I was then informed they would be charging me another $150 for the consult, just to ''see the teeth and talk about doing it'' . I find that ridiculous. I thought they maybe would take it off the surgery fees.. nope. . If you need gum graft, Dr. Sanford, center for dentistry will give you a complimentary consult!

Dr. McGee is a wonderful doctor. He is so caring and genuine in his pursuit to help find what your problem is. He even made a special trip to the hospital on a Saturday night to bring an injection for my shoulder. He knew I was hurting so much and cared enough to go beyond what he probably normally would to help me. I would recommend him 100% to anyone. I thank God for Dr. McGee!

Dr.McGee is very kind, honest, and genuine. He does all he can to help, listens to his patients and spends time trying to understand. I never feel rushed or like the visit was useless.

Dr. Thomas McGee is one of the most competent and caring health professionals I have ever been privileged to encounter. Dr. McGee's level of care of his patients is unsurpassed. He is the physician to heal your ills. He always has time to listen and will explore unconventional options to help his patients. God Bless Dr. McGee and his wonderful staff.
