He has been my children's ped for a few months now and I'm extremely picky with my daughters care due to her many health issues, I think he's a great Dr and I trust him completely.

Dr. Mckinney and his nurse Camille are so sweet. They will answer all of your questions that you have and spend time with you!!!!!Dr. Mckinney put new parent,at ease he is a gentle giant and very thorough... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. MCKINNEY FOR YOUR CHILD!

One of the best pediatricians in St. Louis. My son was a preemie and Dr. McKinney visited us at the NICU and the follow up care for my son was amazing.

This is a letter I wrote to Dr. McKinney after talking to him while my doctor was out of the office.Dear Dr. McKinney,Your care and concern amaze me. I have never encountered a doctor with so much compassion and knowledge. Although you never met me or my son, and were only the covering pediatrician, you gave me incredible insight as to why my son was limping, set-up an appointment with an orthopedist and even called after the appointment to find out the results. I know you are extremely busy and for you take the time to talk to me about my son meant the world to me. Joey is our only child and this is the first real serious concern that we have experienced. I would never expect my own pediatrician, yet a covering doctor to take so much time to put my mind at ease. You are an amazing person and doctor and I just can't thank you enough.

Dr. McKinney is very thorough and knowledgeable. He's an excellent physician who takes very good care of his patients. I had gone through three physicians before finding him and I'm forever grateful that I was blessed to find him. He provided care for both of my children and they loved him as well. Even as your children get older, he makes himself available to them. My sons were extremely comfortable talking to him about any situation. I could not have found a better physician for my kids.

Dr. MacKinney is fantastic. He has been the pediatrician for my two sons for years. He has really been a lifesaver. He early on noticed that one of my sons was not hitting his milestones (at 18 months) and suggested that we get him looked at some more by a specialist. This was fabulous because we were able to treat early the autism spectrum conditions he had. I am 100% certain my son is much better off now because of Dr. MacKinney.
