I waited two hours and then left so I never actually saw the doctor. The nurse, Pam was very efficient. The support staff were courtesy.

When first meeting Dr. Moore I felt uneasy and not comforted about my condition. My mother and husband got the same feeling and they met him at different times. The recovery time he stated was way beyond and he seemed like I was also bothering him when I would ask questions. I have called the after hours twice in a month and each time it sounded like I was bothering the lady on the phone and even worse I never got a call back. So I was medicating myself. The office staff are also very rude which I guess is okay since they get the cue to be that way from the surgeon. My case was an emergency and he was the only doctor available which now makes me think but I wish I would have had time to research him and his office. The office staff is so bad I told the lady I had been trying to get him all last week which wasn't the entire truth but she still covered for him and said they had been out all last week. Then I knew what I was dealing with. I'm getting my records and looking for a… surgeon now.
