Dr. Thomas F Morley, DO

I have visited RowanSOM Dept. of Pulmonary Medicine several times. Each time the same office person was required to take follow-up action. Each time I have had to call & check on the status if things that have not been handled. Someone else is always blamed for the delayed. Yet after I follow-up & the paperwork is finally generated the next party I deal with is prompt. I understand that I am not the only patient &, most certainly, not as ill as other, but I dislike being lied to about such things. I much rather someone apologize for the delay & handle it. It is frustrating.

I found Dr. Morley to be a pleasant and knowledgeable physician. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for his staff. Most of the office staff seem totally confused and incompetent. I arrived for a test scheduled at 8:30 and there was no one around. The person who performs the tests wandered in at 8:45 and seemed to have no interest in the fact that he was late for his appointment. I have also been waiting for a call from the office for 3 weeks for other information. Every time I call they say they have not been able to get to it because someone is on vacation. They are extremely unprofessional and Dr. Morley should "clean house" before he loses patients.
