Dr. Thomas Nasser, DO

He never gives up. You may have to wait for your appointment with him but it is worth it. How busy he is shows how good he is. My daughter has Cerebral Palsy. Every doctor we saw, and there were a lot, said pain was just something she would have to live with. Dr. Nasser tried many things. He never gave up. My daughter IS PAIN FREE. She plays softball, swims and can walk with a walker. This would not be so if it were not for Dr. Nasser. He is our angel.

Honestly my first impression of Dr. Nasser wasn't great. I didn't believe my leg pain had anything to do with my back. After all, my back didn't hurt. Well after I begrudgingly got the MRI it was clear Dr. Nasser was right. Yeah it took six months and three epidural injections but I am NOW pain FREE for the first time in over two years. Dr. Nasser didn't give up even when I did. He found the problem and knew what it took to fix it.

It took two months to get my first appointment with Dr Nassar. On my first appointment, Dr Nassar came in (after I had waited a very long time) and asked for the x-rays and MRI. The lab had not sent them in yet, so this visit was over in less than 2 minutes. After the appointment I called the lab and arranged to have the x-rays and MRI mailed to Dr Nassar's office. A week later I called back to make sure the records were there and also to make another appointment. Yes, my records had arrived. Like before, it was another month until I could get an appointment. At this second appointment I waited a very long time and finally a young lady came in and asked if I new where the MRI and x-rays were. They could not locate them. I explained that I had called to confirm they had my records before I made the appointment. She left the room and I waited another long period. Finally she came back and said they could not locate them. I left without ever seeing Dr Nassar. A week… later a person from Dr Nassar's office called and said they had located my records and I could come back in. On my third appointment I again had to wait a very long time. Finally Dr Nassar came in, looked at my records and said there was nothing he could do. My time with Dr Nassar was about 30 seconds. This entire process was very frustrating. Dr Nassar has set up a large offices with multiple waiting rooms and a large staff of non-medical personnel that are there only to shuffle patients and maximize profits. I cannot honestly recommend this office for any medical treatment.

Dr Thomas Nassar has been my physician for years, never giving up on my chronic pain issues. Always greeting me with a smile and a sincere question, “How have you been doing?” I highly recommend Dr Nassar for a physician who listens and cares about your well being.
