Unfriendly receptionist she lied to dr and he agreed with her about our appointment the previous night she sent a text confirming our appointment with times we are a family of 4 . When we get there she lies and said that was only a reminder and that she sent other texts lie and dentist sides with her . We waited months for this appointment hope karma strikes this office . Avoid

Rude receptionist lied about our appointment. I received a confirmation text for our appointments with tines for each of us . She then claimed that was a reminder text but she never sent another text even though she claims she did we checked in front of her . She knows she lied and dentist agreed with her. Both are liars did not apologize or make amends we waited weeks for this appointment. Never again would not recommend hope this had nothing to do with it but we are a biracial family just putting it out there in case other POC have also been mistreated by this practice

I find Dr. Nicholson to be excellent. He is very accommodating at taking emergency visits. He is very good at fixing the problems in my mouth. I have always been satisfied with the service I receive from him. I would give him and his staff an excellent rating.

Always will set you up for future dental work that, in my case, when checked by my periodontalist in NYC, was unnecessary. Same when went in 2006 & only went back cuz close by, but never again! Most uncomfortable chair ever to complete the scam.
