Patient care is last on their list. The heavy set office manager doesn't care about anything except making sure they get their CASH payments. People are always in their yelling through the window complaining. The Doctor that owns the practice is NEVER there and is really dirty, looks like a herion addict. They should be shut down immediately.

Waited over 2 hours to see doctor.

Waiting for 4 hours and finally walked out. Keeps me coming back and charging a fee with no results. It's on a first come first serve basis, so good luck waiting!

If dr noller is there it is rare. His office is dirty and he is dirty. Notice that 3 of the reviews were on the same day. My guess it is the same person. That person is probably him or one of his office workers. I heard he was ousted from the Philadelphia area professionally.
