Exceptional service in all honesty!! An implant over 20 years old broke away from bone. I went to my personal dentist, not a lot of satisfaction there Was sent to Doran, Capodice, Efaw and ocheltree, and they went over and beyond customer service. Worked me in as an emergency. I recommend wholeheartedly to anyone looking for high quality oral surgeons.

Unethical business practices. Was told before scheduling that procedure/services total would be a set amount, then was charged more but w/no extra services. Post-op, billing rep blamed a coding verbiage confusion for a charge of $70+ extra for what they claim is an 'office visit' but it appears on bill as an 'oral exam,' even tho an exam was never performed. Said "it's coded the same as when you go to the dentist...oral exam is the same as an office visit." Um..no. When you go to 'visit' the dentist's 'office' for an 'oral exam,' you actually RECEIVE an oral exam..dentist checks your teeth to make sure assistant cleaned them well, looks for cavities, looks for signs of potential oral cancer, sometimes checks out your oral history to see if x-rays are due, etc. In other words, actions that warrant the charge. None of these happened, therefore nothing warranting a charge of "oral exam" occurred. The 'office visit' was included in the procedure charge, or so I was told at the time of… scheduling. They make patients sign a charge agreement pre-op, before services performed, then say "too bad, pay up" when, with valid points, you question charges afterwards. They count on them having your signature on the charge agreement you signed PRE-op. However, when I saw "oral exam" on the bill pre-op, I naturally assumed one would be performed, as it was listed as a separate charge. It was not. The only positive of all of this? An Assistant named Kelsey was very nice.
