I’ve been very blessed, to have Dr Ogara As my family Dr. He has the utmost Kindness to his patients, and actually Helps you understand what you ask and Always makes sure , you feel comfortable And that he will be there …. From the first day You become his patient…. Dr. O'Gara is the most caring, compassionate and down to earth person/doctor I have ever met. He CARES about all his patients. He takes as much time with you as you need. I have been in the room with him for 30 minutes at a time discussing my issues and concerns. He never makes me feel rushed and always takes the time to answer all my questions. He rushes referrals for MRI's and any other special needs I may have. I will ALWAYS go to Dr. O'Gara and because I live part time in AZ, I always plan my visits to Reno around my appointments with him. It is a walk in clinic only but the staff will tell you how long it will be and they are very nice and usually very accurate. You can check in and then go have breakfast!!!! I have found his staff (Male receptionist), his nurses Brianna and Christine to be so kind!!!!! They love their jobs and I can understand why when working for a man like Dr. O'Gara!!! Ricky is great too!!!! I would highly recommend Dr. O'Gara to anyone looking for… a FANTASTIC doctor. I'd give him 20 stars if I could!!!!!

I have been going to dr Ohara for over 24 years, always professional and kind, considerate and compassionate, make appointment to avoid long wait time. His nurses are also great.

Dr O'Gara is extremely knowledgable, and has provided excellent follow up any time I was seriously ill. He has co-ordinated care with the staff at Stanford University for a rare disorder that requires monitoring. Beside manner is wondrful and when you do get in to see him he provides you plenty of time and answers all questions. His staff have always been courteous and provided any paper work that I needed. It is a walk in clinic so you have to be prepared to wait but there is usually a nurse practioner that may be available sooner. Compassionate and caring. He LISTENS to his patient and DOES NOT USE A COMPUTER WHILE TALKING TO YOU....A true family practioner.

Dr. O'Gara is on of the best in town. He is always attentive. his bedside manner (so to speak) is exactly what is should be. He has vast knowledge and insight into medicine, and his specialist referrals have always been great

First O'gara is very good when you get to him, however that is the problem. It takes a long time to get an appointment and then you still have a pretty long wait or you can walk in and that can take half a day. Front staff is pretty good, but almost impossible to get a 2 minute call with him to discuss any tests you have done. As much as I like him, after 3 years of the factory attitude I am finding someone new that I can discuss my results with.

Difficult to make an appointment. VERY difficult to get medical records. VERY poor attitude toward patients. My last visit I was told that I had a waiting period of over 2 hours, and then after 2 hours I was told it would still be at least another hour and a half.Messages left on the phone are only retrieved at the end of the business day.Retrieval of medical records can take a week or more. This is uncaring medicine at its worst!
