I had him about 10 yrs ago Something was wrong with my leg. . So he feels it through my jeans Says what can I help you with. I said look at it without my jeans. He didn’t last long

Went in to have my knee checked wanted to know if I had fluid He felt through my jeans really I said how are you going to see the knee. He then asked what can I do for you and I said look at it. Then handed me a gown . Asked if I could have a tear his reply maybe. Not comfortable at all and no connection

I've been a patient of dr.pastor for several years and I've always seem him, not his nurse. He's always taken the time to listen to me. He goes over my bloodwork with me. I would recommend him !!

Doctor pastor needs more rewards then only having one he needs to go back to college because he doesn't seem to know much and when you makes an appt. With him you don't see him you see his pa. For some dumb reason I don't see where he's so busy that he can't see you and when you go get blood work done he looks at it and doesn't seem to know how to read the darn blood test so that's what I mean about him he's not to good of a docror so who ever sees him becareful ok try to find a new one with more stars and ratings

Dr. Pastor doesn't know much in his doctoring. You never get to see him when you come in for a appt. He never knows what's wrong with you he's money hungry and I have health insurance to. He rather bill you threw MyChart instead of mailing you the bill every time I see him he sees money signs across my head time to find a new doctor goodbye doctor pastor and 20 years of doctoring not enough to tell pple. I don’t know what I’m waiting for- I should’ve found a new Dr years ago. I’m such a busy person bettween taking care of my family and work I haven’t had the time to really sit down and look for one ??????? but I’ve been a patient for 10 years and I’ve only seen him twice. I’m always scheduled with the np. I also never get a courtesy reminder for physicals either...I’ve missed about 3-4 years of physicals I can’t really tell you where my health is at this point.I will be switching very soon.

Very pleased this time around in how attentive my doctor was when describing issues I have

Yesterday was my second visit with Dr. Pastor. I found him to be thorough and very friendly. He answered all my questions and seemed to be willing to take as much time as I needed to get any concerns I had addressed. I was very satisfied with my experience in his office and with him.

Until recently, I was a patient of Dr. Pastor. To start, I didn't even meet him until my 4th appt, they placed me with his nurse practitioner, Sarai. Sarai was unpleasant, never turned around from the computer to look at you, just very unfriendly, seemed to hate her job and maybe her whole life. Sarai made me take drug tests upon each of my first 3 appts that I had with her, in order to get a specific medication. I have been taking the same medication for years before becoming a patient with her and Dr. Pastor. I have no history of drug use and am not a drug user now, so I found it to be quite strange after the 1st time. Finally for my 4th appt I was given the option to either see her or Dr. Pastor so I was very excited to choose Dr. Pastor instead. WelI, my excitement was short lived! I have never in my life had a doctor that seemed to be so uninterested in my health, it's really quite shocking to say the least. From the moment Dr Pastor finally walks in, it feels like I'm being… rushed out, and that's after waiting for him for usually 30 minutes or more. He talks so fast and somewhat slurred, that I can barely understand anything he says. When I ask him to elaborate on something in particular, he seems irritated, which made me hesitant to ask him anything at all. He prescribed me several different medications (one at a time), all for one specific health problem, none of them helped. After researching one of the medications myself, via WebMD, etc., I discovered that it was extremely difficult to stop taking without some severe withdrawal. Dr. Pastor never once mentioned this to me, so I was lucky to have found this information early on, on my own. Another thing that frustrated me is that on occasion I would send him an email through the Rochester Regional Health "My Care" site and rarely got a reply from him. I had blood work done due to another health concern, I was able to look at ther results on the "My Care" site, but I never received a follow up call/email or anything at all. Lastly, the one main receptionist that I would see there when I checked in was always nice (girl with light colored hair). However, I called once because Dr. Pastor sent in one medication refill, but apparently forgot about the other 4 medications. A woman answers my call and I nicely explained that I didn't get all of my refills sent in, she was so rude that I couldn't even believe what I was hearing, so to make a long story short, I have never called back again. This review turned out way longer than I planned, but there have been so many issues. Obviously, I would not recommend Dr. Pastor or the nurse practitioner, Sarai.
