Front office staff and office manager are beyond rude and unprofessional. They are not helpful and very unsympathetic toward the children that comes into this office. The way the staff talks to and treats their patients is unbelievable. I'm very surprised this office is still in business. They should not be working around the general public with those disgusting attitudes!!!

Several parents are being told they have to pay to get their records. Front office staff very unprofessional. Very rude on the phone. No wonder all of your pt's want to leave. And the signs all over your walls in the waiting rooms that say " DO NOT ASK HOW LONG IT WILL BE YOU WILL NOT BE TOLD" Dont see how you all will stay in buisness with this attitude towards your pt's. Children at that. I would be ashamed to say I went to your office. Very unhelpful office and hope you all end up where you need to. With no help. Shame on all of you. Your office manager must be out of their mind. These are children in need of help.
