Dr. Thomas W Pfennig, DO

I have had sinus issues for years. I had been on antibiotic pills for two months trying to get rid of an infection. He gave me antibiotics in saline solution. Life is good again!

I went to Dr. Pfenning to get a tube in my ear for airplane travel. After making me get a hearing test, he attempted to numb my eardrum, but it ruptured in the process. Then the tube went through the eardrum, he had to retrieve it and reinsert. The report after the visit was totally inaccurate, saying a lot of things were done that were not done, and the report missed aspects of the procedure that was done. I contacted the office and he redid the report, but still a lot of inaccuracies. I contacted them again but received no reply. I will not go back there!

Listens to my problems, explains treatment options thoroughly, very compassionate.

I have had Dr. Phennig as my ENT for over 20 years! I have severe allergies and sinus problems. Dr.Phenning has done 5 sinus surgeries over the years!! He is the nicest most caring Dr. Any time I have a problem I go see him and he is so patient with me doing in office endoscopes!! I highly recommend Dr. Phenning to anyone with sinus problems, he is the best!!

Dr. Pfennig is by far one of the best doctor's !! Would highly recommend to family and friends!

So I had a septo-rhinoplasty done here in 2017. By Dr. Phenning. Its possibly one of the worst decisions I ever made. I asked him to make my nose slightly smaller and he hardly even made a differance. 3 months post op I started having Nasel cartilage make cracking sounds in my nose every time I excercise or bend over a certain way. I still have breathing problems occasionally. Honestly I just got the vibe he only cared about getting paid... Seriously wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. My next doctor I will do my research on. 0 stars

I wish I could give ZERO stars. This place NEVER listened to me about my concerns about my daughter. Ignored me when I thought she had a hearing problem and a submucous cleft palate. Put my daughter through an unnecessary adenoidectomy and tube placement. Finally changed ENTs and my daughter was dx with unilateral deafness and a submucous cleft in the first appointment. Now because they took my daughter's adenoids out with the submucous cleft, she had a permanently nasal voice. Already getting made fun of in school. I'm beyond LIVID. NEVER EVER go there!!!!!!!!!

He listens, he advises, he has put my mind at ease several times.
