I searched extensively when relocating back to Cleveland from NYC for a pediatrician who would make my child's health and wellbeing an absolute priority. I am beyond delighted to have found Dr. Phelps. He is a rare breed, who demonstrably cares more about my daughter's wellbeing and what's right for her personally, than he does about one-size-fits-all care. He deserves high praise for taking his time, listening to and caring for my daughter, and respectfully engaging her and me in a manner that made my feel at ease and confident that Dr. Phelps was a physician of integrity, compassion, and excellence. I am grateful to have him as my daughter's doctor, and I highly recommend him.

I wouldn't trade him for any Dr. By far the best out there.

Dr Phelps is the kindest, most compassionate, knowledgeable doctor I have ever encountered. He doesn't make me feel like an idiot or have a superior attitude that a lot of doctors have. My kids ADORE him and he has always treated them and myself with respect. He actually LISTENS when we talk with him and he truly cares about his patients. He has (on several occasions) called us on his day off just to check on my sons if they had been sick or injured. I wish all doctors were just like him.
