--> HUGE WARNING: TO ALL LOOKING FOR AN ENT, LOOK ELSEWHERE <-- The whole staff you deal with.. I have to say this is probably the worst experience I've ever had as a patient. Here is a summarized version of everything: - $45 co pay for any visit with insurance - It's rare that they answer the phone or return your phone calls. - Most of the staff are lack empathy and are rude. - Carmen - the surgical coordinator, is one of the rudest people I've ever spoken with. She comes across as condescending and disrespectful. - I wanted to cancel my surgery with them and look elsewhere. It took almost two weeks of calling almost every day to get in touch with Carmen (over a month before the surgery). Today I finally managed to get in touch with her, and she tells me that it'll be a $200 cancellation fee. I was never told about this when scheduling my surgery and I am cancelling 3 weeks in advance. The way she acted and how dismissive she was when I was questioning all this was very… unprofessional I was in shock. After strong refusal in person, I was told the fee would be waived (they told me verbally, I better not see any bill show up). Trust me everyone, with all the trouble you deal with here, it's not worth it. None of you guys ever want an experience I had with these people. You have been warned.

The entire team is welcoming and helpful. Dr. Pilkington listens carefully, includes me in my care decisions, and provides sound advice and care. And he responds quickly to emessages.

Dr. Pilkington and his team were excellent from start to finish. I was well informed, and the visit was friendly but professional. Dr. Pilkington was very thorough and gave great explanations about what was going on, and the nurse's follow up was efficient.

I am a horrible patient and Dr. Pilkington is the most patient man. All doctors should be like him.

I was very nervous about having my tonsils out in my 40s, but Dr. Pilkington took great care of me, and did a great job preparing me for how it would go. He is very patient and thorough and has a wonderful bedside manner. I would HIGHLY recommend him!!

Dr. Pilkington is highly skilled and professional. He puts patient's need in the first place. I greatly appreciate his care of a problem with my throat.
