Dr. Thomas P Piskai, DDS

For over 30 years, Dr. Thomas P. Piskai has been providing families with exceptional comprehensive and cosmetic dental care.  He loves being able to practice in his hometown, and return a valuable dental service to the community of his upbringing.
Dr. Piskai graduated from Phoenixville Area High School, earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Ursinus College in 1976, and obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (DDS) in 1980 at Temple University School of Dentistry.
Upon graduation, Dr. Piskai completed four years of U.S. Army Dental Corps active duty in Germany and West Point, N.Y. before entering private practice.  In recognizing the importance of staying professionally active and technologically alert, Dr. Piskai maintains membership in the American Dental Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, the Montgomery/Bucks Dental Society, and the Pottstown Dental Society, and was one of the very first dentists in the Phoenixville area to incorporate CEREC ( a CADCAM …ceramic reconstructive technique utilizing computer imaging and graphics in rebuilding teeth) into his practice.
In 2008, a brand new 3500 sq. ft. dental facility was built to provide patients and staff with a state of the art venue for their comfort and care.  A signature feature of patient reception is the small lending library diverse in content and enjoyment.  And the coolest jungle mural created by teenage patient Erin highlights the kid's corner.
Tom and the former Ellen Howard are equal partners in a marriage of 33 years, working together both at home and at the office.  Andrew and Stephen are their college student sons bringing a measure of levity and pride to their household. 
The Piskai family vacations yearly in Cape May, N.J., fanatically supports their beloved Phillies, and reads for pleasure just about anything printed since Gutenberg.
