First of all I would like to say Thank you Dr. Pollard. We just moved here in Arizona and was looking for a Pulmonologist for my Dad w/ COPD. First day visit went well and I can tell my Dad was comfortable with Dr Pollard. He has a very pleasant attitude, very Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He takes the time to actually listen. He recommended a better inhaler and oxygen was delivered to our home same day. Amazing Doctor!

Dr. Pollard has a great bedside manner. He listens, interacts and doesn’t make you feel like you are wasting his time. All of the support staff also do a great job and are helpful and professional. Very pleased with my decision to select Dr. Pollard to address my healthcare needs.

Comfortable large waiting room. Friendly and efficient front and back office staff. Very little wait time. Dr. Pollard was super friendly, asked questions and listened to my concerns. I did not feel rushed and felt he had my best interest in mind. He personally walked me to the checkout desk - not something you usually see a doctor do! Front office could see there 2 others waiting to be checked out, so she stepped in to help with the checkout process - again, not something I've seen at a doctor's office!
