I was having such bad anxiety about my visit. Doctor Preston change that with his compassion and patience’s.

Dr. Preston was kind, patient, and accommodating for my son. It is a long & thorough testing & evaluation process - but my son was allowed breaks & time to get his wiggles out & have a snack inbetween sessions. We had a follow up call a few days after the appointment to discuss the results, and I truly appreciated Dr. Preston taking the time to explain things to me, especially in regards to dyslexia. It was very validating, as a parent who is trying to help set up their child with appropriate supports at school, to have the professional advice, support, and evaluations that Dr. Preston provided. The “wait and see” approach offered by school - to wait for regression, or prove regression is difficult for students and parents alike, it was nice to feel like someone actually cared about my son’s challenges and had solutions and advice to help him. Also his assistant, Katerina, was also wonderful and very prompt in her response via email & telephone. We also enjoyed meeting Josie as… well. Please note - as with most doctors that are high in demand, appointments need to be made far in advance. This is no fault of the doctor or his office. It’s just the norm these days.

Completely wrong diagnosis. Didn’t listen to what my concerns were and dismissed my concerns.

This Dr came highly recommended, so much so that I booked an appointment a year in advance. Unfortunately, due to everything going on my appointment was rescheduled virtually slightly earlier but with a different Dr. Why I waited a year, no idea? Makes zero sense that the office has you wait 11 months then reschedules with another Dr. Who you don't have a recommendation for and don't particularly want to see after waiting 11 months.

Extremely unprofessional and was a terrible listener. Any experience he has does not acquit the poor service I received.

Horrible staff... had an appointment, which was missed. Clearly my fault, however no phone reminders like typical doctors. Now I'm being told i have to wait a year for my son to see Dr. Preston. No thank you, will find someone else.
