Condescending and downright nasty. When I questioned him on what a test was and if it was necessary he said "fine do what you want, don't listen to me" and walked out of the exam room! He didn't return. I have never been so humiliated and furious. Find another doctor!

GUYS STAYYYY away if you want to get better and not worse, and if you love your life stay away this guys does not care about you.. You are just an insurance claim and an insurance policy money maker. I still suffer from Seizures from this guy. The epidurals are a shame dont work dont drug yourself with that garbage. It looks like his google reviews are not to be found anymore any reasons as to why if there was one is he took it down or google took it down there might have been threats on there. LOL STAY away

My name is Alma Vivas, I have been in treatment with Doctor Ragukonis for about 10 years. After having multiple car accidents that leave in really bad shape, I should be in a wheel chair, but Doctor Ragukonis has been so dedicated to my recovery. He is the best spinal surgeon that someone can find. Extremely professional , he tries everything : therapies , exercises, medication and surgery is the last option. His staff are on top of your follow ups, and monitor the use of prescription medications. He has the best and newest medical equipment, staff are great, they handle your concerns right away ( Specially Luz Velasco ) they have so many locations for clients convenience and they provide transportation when Available or needed. He treats patients with respect, very caring and professional. He will never do anything that you don’t need and even if you need it, he cares about my opinion first. I am very happy with my treatment and I could never go to another Surgeon. He is the… best you can find ! I definitely recommend anybody to go see him if you have back or neck problems, everything you need in one place . I just have gratitude for all these years taking care of my medical condition. Dr. Ragukonis has been my pain management doctor since 2005 / 2006 through now due to several different MVA’s. Each and every time I’ve been active under his care I have never been let down or disappointed. He doesn’t make you go through unnecessary treatment and monitors your progress and medications through the course of treatment. I trust him with my life. Dr Ragukonis and staff spend time in explaining everything to you and answer every possible question.Dr Ragukonis thinks outside of just medication he wants you to have as much relief as possible , his staff in the office are so accommodatingand the surgical center staff make you feel like you are the only patient having a procedure done . Dr. Ragukonis was very personable. He looked over my MRI showing me the problem in English not Latin. He made sure I understood everything. I would highly recommend.

This man is terrible, he is very rude, arrogant, selfless person. Him and his staff are terrible. I think he is on drugs himself. He does not care about this patients, just the money he can get from the insurance companies. All of his offices are the same, as well as the staff. He gets you hooked on pills and stops writing scripts. STAY AWAY!!
