Worst doctors office in all of DFW. Go to anyone else.

If you tolerate rude behavior from an incompetent staff, this is the place for you. I waited two months to see the great Dr. Thomas Ratino for my back pain. They called me back and his brother Timothy came in. I told him my appointment was with Thomas Ratino. He replied, "I know but he is very busy today." Oh really? Truly professional behavior! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. You deserve better!

His bedside manner for my mother are wonderful. Takes the time to see how she is before anything.

My last review was about messages not being returned & not getting to talk to a live person. I did find they were short on phone staff. I got an appointment quickly. They could not have been nicer. When I saw Dr Thomas Ratino he very professional & understanding. He took the time to listen & ask the right questions. Very Very nice & kind. I wish there was a rating better than 5 star. Best Doctor I've seen. If you have pain issues this is the doctor to see bar none. Highly recommend!!

They have the worst customer service wont ans phone when they do hang up. Horrible

Thomas treats you like a piece of meat going to slaughter. Day of surgery he got busy and had his brother do the surgery. Replaced a $27000 battery and he was suppose to remove stimulator. Never use him. I also have lots of friends that feel the same way about him

Absolutely terrible office. Staff is rude, facilities overcrowded and dirty. After waiting in reception line for over 30 minutes, they told me that they messed up my paperwork and told me I had to reschedule, as they were too busy. Will never go to this office again.

Waited in waiting room for an hour and a half. Then went back where they took vitals then waited another 30 minutes for the Dr. Dr Ratino came in and spent 5 minutes asking questions and he was gone.

I was requested by the staff to give a rating on the office of Dr. Thomas Ratino. I gave him a 5 star rating. However, I made a comment that it appears he does not have consultation with his patients. He get a report from his staff and follow through with the procedure. I have never had a sit-down consult with him to discuss my history and expectations. I was not complaining. Since rating narrative they will not answer my phone calls for care and his nurse refused to return my calls. I allowed the phone to ring about 20+ times until they put a stop on my calls. I will end by saying that Dr. Ratino has been successful with my treatments.
