Dr. Thomas Reda provides highly exceptional, personalized, and thorough Direct Primary medical care.
Dr. Reda has chosen the direct primary care model so that he may continue providing the highly personalized and thorough medical care many patients have come to expect.
He has worked to ensure that any previous patient, regardless of insurance, can be seen at the new practice.
The monthly membership fee will cover all patients' primary care provided by the office, without billing of outside insurance plans; of course, individuals may continue to use insurance to cover any labs, imaging, prescriptions, specialist referrals, or hospital visits.
Monthly rates will be:
$100 for ages 12-49
$125 for ages 50-64
$150 for ages 65+
The registration fee of $100 will be waived for anyone previously under my care.
