Dr. Regan returned to his hometown of Quarryville and founded the practice in 1978. He attended Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. He received his D.D.S. degree from Temple University School of Dentistry in 1977. He is past president of the Lancaster County Dental Society and has the highest award for continuing dental education from the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Regan is active in several study clubs and has completed extensive study of occlusion, esthetics, and complex restorative dentistry at the highly respected Dawson Academy.
Dr. Regan volunteers his professional services at the Water Street Rescue mission, participates in the Donated Dental Services program, St. Joseph Health Ministries dental program, and the Solanco School District's free dental service program. For 10 years he has coached soccer and softball for Lancaster County’s Special Olympics and is active in his church.
