Dr. Thomas RIley was raised in Southwestern Illinois. He earned a Bachelor of Science, Agricultural Science in 1973 from the University of Illinois and received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree in 1976 from SIU at Edwardsville. His leisure hours of enjoyment are spent with family and on the links.
