Dr. Thomas Robert Pena JR.

My rating is for admin and the Staff not the Doctor I have not met him. Tried to reschedule because of ongoing construction at my home a few days before my appointment. I was told that there were no openings for 3 months. I reluctantly went for my Appt today and the lobby was empty. After a few minutes the women behind the counter told me Dr Pena was not in today and I would have to reschedule. When I asked why I couldn't have been told sooner she ignored me and did not reply to my question. She told me she had a opening next Tue ( Really ?) This is a poor example of a business and I do not trust them for even simple things anymore...I will look elsewhere.

First of all...This Guy is a Joke for a Dr. I should have reported him for the way he treated me. I have Fibromyalgia and Spine Issues. I was in severe pain and was crying or I should say sniffling. I was asked to leave !!! He said if I was gonna cry in his office that I had to go outside and get in my car until time for my appointment . Are you serious !!! I was embarrassed and Mad !!! Very Bad Bedside Manner. He was very rude. I would not take my dog to this man !!! The Staff was laughing as I left. He never tried to seek out any other Specialists to Help Me. He was one of those Dr's who just went thru the motions. He doesnt care about anybody but himself.

Excellent in all ways for my medical needs. Takes time and asnwers all my questions when I don't understand the medical issues.

It took 3 weeks to get an appointment. They called and cancelled the day before and now they can't get me in for another week. Previous bad experience with his office staff not following up with prescription request. Hard to get an appointment. Always closed early. This office just doesn't care.

Dr. Pena has repeatedly given my husband the wrong medications (which he is allergic to, and it's in his chart!) steroid injections after being told numerous times of extreme allergic reaction, and rarely, if ever, responds to having medications refilled. Dr. Pena is completely incompetent, and you are more likely to receive inappropriate medical treatment. You're better off going to the emergency room.

Dr. Pena goes above and beyond for my care. He always listens to my concerns and treats me proficiently and thoroughly! He's been my primary care for over 4+ years now and he's awesome!

Dismissive attitude. No concern. No help at ask!! Didn't address my pain or concerns. Ride, condescending.

Medical staff is incompetent. Do not return calls even in the 24-48 hrs. Don't waste your time in this office as your health is of little concern to them. Dr is average, but not special

I pick my health care professionals like I pick my fruit! Dr. Pena is the cream of the crop. He doesn't baby or medicate me but neither does he dismiss my concerns. I appreciate being called, after hours, to keep me informed. He is terrific!

Dr at best is average. Staff is way below average . They are not busy, but you are always put on hold and promised return calls never happen. Find someone else
