Dr. Thomas Robert Rossi, MD

Rude to his staff and patients. No bedside manner. Didn't explain what I should feel like in the days to come. I've never said this about a doctor before but he has "God complex" and a overall jerk.

Dr. Rossi has a great bedside manner and very nice. Have had 2 surgeries performed by Dr. Rossi without any problems. Highly recommend Dr. Rossi.

After the first visit you get no feedback unless you initiate it. When you do initiate it you have difficulty getting anyone to help you. It takes leaving a message which usually takes 2 days to hear back from them. Have given the office updated information which never get's updated in my file. You get treated like you don't matter, you are there to bring them money and that's it.

Dr. Rossi did emergency abdominal surgery on me. He discovered the problem and fixed it correctly. However the pain control after surgery was horrible. His resident gave me a low dose of pain meds and said she would increase it if needed. She never came back and never increased it. They took me off my meds which caused severe anxiety and inability to sleep for 72 hours. I asked for benedryl to help me sleep but he only ordered it one time. It worked and I slept but the next time he would not order it or did not respond. His negligence in not responding to my pain needs and need for anxiety medicine since I was off all my regular meds was criminal. I was in the most horrific pain I have ever been in for 2 nights and 1 day- 72 hours of torture.
