I've been a patient of this practice for 20 years. Other doctors recommend these physicians. I expect the very best medical care, and Dr. Ruth is knowledgeable and straight forward. I highly recommend him.

With reference to previous review with billing issue, reimbursement has finally been mailed albeit a year and three months later, and as I understand it the doctor has acquired a new and hopefully more proficient billing service who will know the proper codes to enter when making a Medicare claim. As mentioned previously, the doctor is superb, thorough and quite competent.

Had a problem last year with a tick bite. Saw the PC who recommended a vaccine that was covered by Medicare and Keystone advantage. Got the shot. Billing billed it wrong, I called Keystone Focus who contacted them and told them how to bill it. They credited my card after talking to Keystone and a year later sent me another bill stating they had not been paid by Keystone and wanted to be paid again. Called Medicare who told me it was completely covered so I paid them again and now a year later I am still trying to get reimbursed. Waiting for Keystone Focus who is trying to get me reimbursed even though I don`t use them any more. One final note the office staff who talked to me on the phone said Medicare does not cover Vaccine shots. Wrong, they do as per Medicare.

I have had a few doctors in the past but Dr. Ruth is the most thorough and informed professional I have seen and answered all my questions with detailed explanations.

The nurse was a little "standoffish" but everybody else was excellent. I was very pleased with my care
