Dr. Tom has ALWAYS listened to any fears I have re: my physical AND emotional needs. His expertise in his field is ASTOUNDING, I feel so very fortunate to have him as my Doctor. Dr. Tom has my undying gratitude and I thank him for saving my life.

He's the best provider I've worked with in a long time. I work with dozens of providers over the years. His staff feel like friends. Really. It was a joy to go to a pain doc? That's something. I feel like have a non-invasive lan to address several pain points that keep me from functioning at even 80%. Keep up the great work and kindness factor!!!

My name is Dave Olson Jr. and I went to the pain clinic for several years and Dr schrttenhozer md was my doctor and he is a wonderful person and his staff was always very professional they always treated me like I was family love them all

I was sent to him for an epidural for my back. The procedure really gave very little relief, but in follow up visits he was considerate and responsive to my concerns. Once stayed late even after all staff had gone home to try and suggest alternatives . He also gave me a names of other physcians to try to resolve my problems

Dr schrattenholzer is the worst dr . My husband has been going to the good sam pain clinic for several years . He had a appointment the other day . Dr was very rude to my husband would not give him any pain meds to help him with his cronic pain he has given him some neds that do not work for him he told my husband to get up and move he does and he does do things but he pays for after . Thought this was a place to help people with cronic pain dr said he can not do anything to help my husband out . Do not ever go to this clinic this dr really sucks .so he told him he will have to live in pain . Seems like he was treating my husband as a drug addict . He was playing mind games . He has no compation at all he sucks . I rate him as 0 stars but have to do something to submit this .

The rest of the team were professional and helpful. Their only downside was that every one of them apologized for Dr Schrattenholzer, while adding that his manner has become much improved in recent years.
