There is no way on God's green earth that I will ever have any surgeries or procedures if Dr.T Smith is any way involved! While in the hospital he dismissed my concern and another Dr.'s orders. He may be a gambler, but not with my life. He is probably a nice man but I want a good doctor when I'm in the hospital. A hint for him, "don't make comments on medical problems that you obviously know nothing about. Make sure of who has your life in their hands and never assume just because he is a doctor that he is all knowing!

The sheer volume of technology, the unfamiliar, sterile surroundings, lack of privacy, constantly revolving medical teams, incessant noise and glaring light, and the lack of natural forms, materials, and sensory experiences all add to this traumatic experience. As a result, the patients feel trapped in an environment they dislike and… cannot control, and their families feel helpless.
