Dr. Thomas George Smith

Dr. Smith was the best Dr. ever. He was always there for my children day and night. We followed him from Medina to Avon. My children loved him dearly. And we all think about him today.God Bless You Dr and thank you for everything.

Dr Smith in my books was a wonderful doctor, I never had any trouble getting my children in to see him at anytime. He was quick he took care of my children. He practiced medicine the old fashion way, he said words and directions in Plain english, thank you dr smith for all yours years of service, you are surely missed...

What I like about Dr. Smith is that he tells it like it is. many people do not like this and don't want to hear reality. If your kid is overweight..he says so and reminds the parent who is "the parent". If you are not following his plan of care he kindly asks that you call back once you have tried what he asks. We have had to make many late night calls when the kids were infants and he always returned the call...although not always "warm and fuzzy" about it...he always calls back. Although his office is not convenient to us anymore, we still take the time to go out of our way to see him when we need to.

As far as staff, there is one nice receptionist left from his old staff (if she is still there). They aren't accomidating and rude.I would never receive calls regarding follow ups or to let me know when my baby was do for whatever month series of vaccines. If they cant fit you into the schedule and its urgent they wont help you with a referal. I used to see him as a child myself and have witnessed first hand the decline in service.i found his replacement on this site. thanks for opening my eyes Dr. Smith. YOU SUCK!
