Dr. Thomas Charles Suchy, MD

He is one of the Best pain management Doctors. He is kind, and passionate about the care of his patients. You can tell he loves his job. For him it is a calling. I have been going to him since my other Doctor retired. He takes his time with you. The staff he has is impeccable to their jobs. They too are their for the patient. They care about your pain as well. Thank you all for making me feel comfortable in my pain.

Staff advised I was no longer a candidate after giving me an injection of a medicine I requested not be used as I have significant negative reactions to,,, on top of that the staff never checked with my insurance and the injection was not covered, one staff member said not to worry it was their responsibility, they billed me anyways,,, after calling the billing manager more times then I can count no return call was ever received. Horrible experience all around.

I have been seeing Dr. Suchy for 3 years for pain management. While he is a conservative treater (which I wanted!), I have had nothing but a positive experience with both him and his staff. I receive minimal pain medications, and an annual epidural for a 23 year old cervical auto injury. Relief is instantaneous, he takes the time to explain the procedure and potential side effects in great detail, and as a RN I appreciate the time he spends to make sure all my questions are thoroughly answered! Professional, dedicated, caring doctor.

Wonderful Doctor, however General PC staff difficult to work with.

The nurse practitioner Amanda is a great pain management specialist with compassion and great bedside manners. She is thorough and takes her time with patients before coming up with the best plan of care. She is great at ECMC.

Was very pleased today. Dr Suchy is intelligent, well spoken , and I felt like he really wanted to help! Explained everything and took time to answer all my questions. Anyone suffering with crps should give him a try

Don't listen to the negative reviews. Dr Suchy is passionate about diagnosing the cause of your pain and treating it effectively. Notice how the negative reviews are from people seeking opiates. He has helped me greatly!

My experience was traumatic .I went to this doctor after being released from a 3 month stay in the hospital ,.I had bone infection ,RSD and had extensive surgery that removed all the hardware in my limb ,due to infection that spread from under my femur plates and screws ,the infection went down into my limbs ,bones and surrounding tissue ,left without a knee until infection is clear . Had the nerve to question my 19 year diagnoses that was given to me by top notch orthopedic doctor and neurologists . Said he knew about my disease but proceeded to give my lower swollen limb a squeeze ,sending me into instant tears . His idea of treatment was to no further prescribe medication from my intractable pain and bone infection ,with a script for a topomax pill at bedtime .Arrogant ,come off as know it all attitude .Stay clear if you are looking for a compassionate doctor who cares for those who suffer with the worst pain imaginable .

Dr. Suchy is a bright young talent for the WNY Medical community, his bedside manor and thorough investigation of the root cause of my symptoms made me feel confident in his approach. BTW I'm feeling better every day!

Bottom line..if you have been on prescription pain meds...then stay away. HE WILL TAKE THEM AWAY!! He ONLY wants to do shots. He messed my back up bad and stupidly, I went to him three times. He DOES treat medication people like street addicts. It is CRAZY. PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER DOCTOR. HE SHOULD NOT BE PRACTICING!!! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD...DONT GO HERE
