Forget him if you need a physician with critical thinking skills and / or communication skills. First, during physical, he made a joke about the fact I have a mild case of pectus excavatum. He thought it was funny. Clever guy. I worked years deep in the coastal lowlands and swamps of SC as a Forester. There wasn't a day during warm weather I wasn't covered in ticks. I got sick enough to warrant antibiotics and out of work for a couple weeks. TWICE. Later I developed musculosekeletal problems which led me to his office. He laughed when I suggested my problems might, in fact, be secondary to Lymes. He immediately stated it was impossible to contract Lymes in NC. Interesting. The year prior to that, a man studying migrating birds contracted the disease working in SC. The DOKtor was so dull witted, he could not understand that animals carry these vectors from point A to B, which may in fact be thousands of miles. Oh, and, the initial visit and workup was over $800.… This was back in 86.'

Excellent Doctor. Takes time with you. Educates you. He is one of my favorite doctors. I have only positive experiences with him & his staff.
