Dr. Thomas L Thomasson

Dr. Thomasson is one of the best dentists I've ever been to. He's very conservative when it comes to treatment and isn't just trying to drill and fill to create customers for life like many other dentists I've been to. The only complaint I have (which is why I am giving a 4/5 stars) is his front staff lady is very incompetent. She never returns phone calls if you leave a message, she sends a bill to you even before billing insurance, and is also rude in person. She sent me a bill that was more than 90 days past due for my son's routine dental cleaning for almost $300! This was the first I had ever heard of this "bill" and she also didn't bill my insurance company for his visit. I hope that my "bill" gets resolved quickly and he brings his wife back in to be his receptionist.

Went here for a tooth ache and this dentist just wanted to pull out my tooth and give me a partal tooth. I went to another dentist who did a root canel and filling for half as much money.

Extremely overpriced and not helpful. Stay away.

I have been a patient of Dr. Thomasson since 2008. His front office staff is always very helpful when it comes to my insurance questions. The assistant and Dr. work well together and I find their relaxed atmosphere very comfortable for my fears of dentist. I would never want to go any place else.

I had some crowns replaced and had severe pain in one tooth after the crowns were replaced. He refused to look at my tooth to determine why the tooth was hurting. He kept sending me to his assistant. After coming in three times, he finally looked at my tooth to make an adjustment of the bite. His assistant was pointing out the decay to the Dr. He seemed to be in a hurry and quite frankly didn't want to deal with me once he had my money. He doesn't care about his patients and in my opinion is in dentistry for the money. To me a very incompotent dentist.
