Dr. Thomas Payson Thompson, MD

Horrible service, the front desk clerks were friendly but that was it. The nurse, she was an older nurse, was rude and unwelcoming. She seemed like she would get annoyed at everything with a huge chip on her shoulders. The Doctor was not to bright, Dr. Payson Thomas. He was making a diagnosis I have already and felt better on treatment more complicated and went around and around on bogus diagnosis that most doctors throw out there because they don't know what is wrong. He was extremely unaware of my condition and did not seem to listen much to what I have to say. If I said I did better on this medication he would say go see this specialist. Not sure what is his deal, perhaps he is use to working with uneducated clients but he is not anymore and explained things in a ridiculous fashion. Common sense things that made it so frustrating I did not want to even talk anymore, knew I was wasting my time and wanted to leave. By the way even common sense issues seem to just be too… difficult for him. He really needs to get educated on the symptoms of other diseases and not be so quick just to say anything and refer. In addition, if you don't mind a doctor telling you your wrong about how your feeling this is the doctor for you. Frustrating and made me wonder where on earth do some of these doctors get their degrees from. I will never go back there and never refer him to anyone again
