Steer clear! If I could give 0 stars I would. Either this guy wanted to make more money or didn't want my case. Needed a fatty tumor removed. My primary recommended him. SMH...To remove a 4.5 cm fatty tumor, he wanted to put me under general anesthesia, was going to make. 5-6" incision AND staple it closed! WTH!? Another red flag, he didnt like me questioning what he was going to do. C ya!! Got a recommendation to go see Van Vallina, with Duly. His plan....1.5" incision, local anesthetic, sutures underneath the skin, closed with steri strips...how can 2 docs be so night and day?

It was only a great experience because of Dr. Tomasik. I had to my gallbladder removed and any surgery is scary. He was very clear as to what was going to happen, what could happen, and made the whole experience a whole lot less scary. I came through the surgery just fine and healing well!

My condition turned out to be worse than expected and Dr, Tomasik performed an extended surgery flawlessly. The aftercare was always punctual, thorough and well explained. Dr. Tomasik was very personable and professional.

I am59 years old and had my first medical episode of my life . I am not ashamed to say I was little frightened to say the least . Dr Tomasik was friendly and genuinely caring ,his manner put me at ease and made this much easier to deal with . He was informative and thorough in explanation of surgery and what to expect after. Even though my surgery turned out to be more than expected it turned out well .and 10 days later my incisions are almost undetectable its hard to imagine any better care than I received .I would recommend Dr. Tomasik to my friends and family T. Synak

Took ample time with my son and didn't push for a surgery that wasn't necessary

In my 61 years I have never had a nicer doctor. He is very caring, sweet, and takes time to make you feel cared for. I would have surgery for anything as him for my doctor

Lousy doctor that is arrogant and unable to accurately diagnosis.

Arrogant, belittling doctor. He was more impressed with himself than I was. Would not recommend to anyone. Stay away!!!!

I feel my husband was very lucky in having Dr. Tomisk available during his emergency room visit. We knew surgery would have to happen, but Dr. Tomisk took every precaution and tested other vital organs before the surgery. His bedside manner is fantastic, both to me and my husband. In fact this entire practice is above reproach, very caring and wonderful. Even though we hope we never have to use them again, we would not hesitate to call upon Dr. Tomasik or Dr. Altimari for any surgical need.

I was in a serious car accident 9 years ago. He took very good care of me - saved my life (splenectomy, collapsed lung, etc). He explained everything to my husband and personally took my husband to me in the emergency room. I would recommend him (and have) to anyone needing a general surgeon.
